Elan are the sole importer for Factory Cat in the U.K with a network of distributors 
and service providers across the country. FactoryCat industrial cleaning equipment
is manufactured in the United States by the R.P.S Corporation incorporated in
Wisconsin since 1986. Factory Cat produces battery powered industrial strength
scrubber driers, sweepers and combination machines for both the industrial and
commercial sectors.

Factory Cat manufactures some 40 models, including walk-behind sweeper and
scrubber models and rider sweeper and rider scrubber models. three ranges
each of walk-behind and rider scrubbers, and combination units that both sweep
and scrub simultaneously.

Sales - Factory Cat industrial floor care equipment is sold through approved
distributors across the U.K.  We offer a full range of purchase options incuding,
fixed cost leasing and contract hire.

Service - Our distributors have a network of trained field engineers to offer a
faster response and a more local service.  Engineers are available to carry out 
routine maintenance, emergency brakedowns and operator training if required. 

Training- We offer extensive training packages with our equipment ensuring
the operator is conversant with all of the machines functions and the daily
routine maintenance, with a special focus on health and safety. 

Parts- A range of spare parts and consumable items are stocked by the local
distributors service department. We also keep a large range of parts at head
office which are available on a next day service. 

Hire - The Magnum heavy duty polishing/ grinding model is now available to
hire, with HD chassis and batteries , stainless steel brush deck and polish
grinding modes. Ideal for diamond polishing terrazzo, concrete and marble.

The all new MiniMag ORBITZ scrubber drier removes floor seals in one pass without
the use of harmful chemicals, reducing the mess of conventional stripping and
eliminating the potential slip hazard. The unique oscillating brush deck can also
be used dry to prepare floors for fast re-sealing. A simple switch transforms the
machine from "Strip" to "Scrub" mode were it performs like a conventional scrubber,
but with the bonus of less water and power consumption for longer run times and
greater productivity. The ORBTZ system is also available on the MicroMag, Magnum
walk-behind machines and the GTX ride-on.

Factory Cat’s new MICRO walk behind battery powered scrubber brings together our reputation for heavy duty build and American made components, but in our smallest footprint to date. The MICRO pedstrian floor scrubber is available in both pad assist or traction versions. Because of its thick steel frame and short length, the automatic scrubber can navigate congested machine shops and survive the occasional collision. The MiniMag range is compact but not light duty, with a heavy steel chassis,
oversized motors and adjustable brush pressure they are designed for use
in smaller areas where a robust scrubber is required. The Minimag is available
in disc brush versions 43cm - 71cm or a 61cm cylinder brush model which

The Magnum range of large rugged heavy duty walk behind scrubbers are available in
disc or cylinder brush versions, with large capacity tanks and battery capacity for
extended run times. The unique tank design allows easy cleaning and tips back for
easy access for servicing. The Magnum with cylinder brushes will scrub and sweep

The GTX is a tough industrial micro rider scrubber in a compact highly maneuverable
package. Available with various disc or cylinder brush options which offer the
peformance to clean the dirtiest of floors. The cylinder brush scrubs and sweeps in
one operation saving preparation time, it has large easy clean tanks and is available
with a battery pack which will run up to 7 hours. This highly productive model is ideal
for warehouses, factories shopping centers, car parks, schools, hospitals and food

The XR is a large heavy duty rider scrubber available in disc and cylindrical versions,
with large capacity easy clean tanks and is available with a big battery package.
The cylinder version sweeps as it scrubs and has a side broom option for greater
productivity. The XR  range is built with a heavy  duty chassis, oversized motors,
stainless steel fasteners and unique tip back tanks for ease of service. The XR is
ideal for use in large warehouses, shopping centers, car parks, car plants and factories.

The hard, high-gloss shine developed by the TOMCAT 200/270 is due to the unique 
burnishing head and flexible pad design. The head is ideally balanced and fully
floating to provide a long lasting finish over uneven floor surfaces. The burnishing
deck is protected under the machine, and the machine tips back permitting quick
pad changes. Pad pressure is variable, and a deluxe instrument cluster is standard,

The ORBITZ range of scrubbers from FactoryCat are based on the well 
proven MiniMag and Magnum pedestrian models and is now available on
the GTX ride-on. The machines are available with the new oscillating
